  • Required Bidder with at-least 1.5 year of experience in Upwork, Elance, Guru online portals.
  • Must have proposal writing and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of client acquisition and sales revenue target.
  • Excellent communication (written and spoken) interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, assertive and quick on their feet.
  • Desire to work on challenging environment.

Job Description
  • Online bidding skills.
  • Estimate projects in terms of time and cost independently.
  • Experience in managing complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Having technical background will be added advantage.
  • Apply learning and experience to streamline sales process.
  • Analyze sales trends, market dynamics and reports to determine business growth potential.
  • Build long term relationship with key contacts at target customers.
  • Use various lead generation tools ( websites, blog, promotions,market research, cold calling , emails etc.)
  • Maintain and build up regular ongoing relationship with your suspects through skype, linkedin and other online social network sites sources
  • Building and maintaining client relationships.

  • Generating Business leads from online Bidding Portals.
  • Excellent Written and Oral communication Skills Required.
  • Candidate must have previous experience of Bidding on IT We Services projects.
  • Coordinate with the international clients through skype chat and skype/ phone call
  • Understanding the client requirements clearly and discussing it with the team internally .
  • Should be target oriented and should be able to meet the targets well in time.
  • Self- motivated and highly confident professional, with excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Setting up meeting with Business Managers for confirmed leads.
  • Good at collating data and can handle data mining for international clients.
  • Involved in making bid strategies for clients.
  • Should be able to gather insight for technical team from client for smooth closure of deals.
